What to prepare for lunch? Each hostess asks such question. There is a wish for something tasty, original, nourishing and not expensive on time. Try to make the paprikas stuffed with mushrooms and cabbage, very simply, tasty and quickly enough.

It is required to you

  • - 4 paprikas,
  • - 400 g of mushrooms,
  • - 320 g of a white cabbage,
  • - 320 g of onions,
  • - 120 g of vegetable oil,
  • - 2 glasses (on 200 ml) tomato juice,
  • - 2 glasses (on 200 ml) sour creams,
  • - 50 g of a hard cheese,
  • - salt to taste.

Instruction

1. In advance defreeze mushrooms, cut small pieces. For preparation of a dish it is possible to use both the fresh, and frozen mushrooms. Tasty it turns out with champignons.

2. Peel onions and cut in small cubes. Small chop cabbage.

3. In a frying pan warm vegetable oil on which fry onions. Add the prepared mushrooms to onions, fry before liquid evaporation. Then add cabbage to mushrooms and onions, you extinguish to softness.

4. Wash out paprikas, cut lengthways on two parts and take out sunflower seeds.

5. Put a cabbage and mushrooms stuffing in each half of paprika. In a heat resisting form pour in a little oil. Shift stuffed peppers in a form.

6. In a bowl mix tomato juice with sour cream. Fill in with the turned-out sauce pepper.

7. Warm an oven to 200 degrees. Close a form with pepper a foil and put in an oven. Under a foil bake 15-20 minutes. Then remove a foil, strew with cheese and bake 10-15 more minutes. Before giving decorate with fresh greens.
