  • 1 kilogram of a white cabbage, 2 tomatoes, 4 carrots, 3 small bulbs, 1 root of a celery, 1 bunch of parsley, 1 glass of sour cream, 2 tablespoons of a tomato, 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, salt.

Instruction

1. Boil a water saucepan, add some salt. Clean a head of cabbage, cut out cabbage stump, lower in boiled water and you cook 15 minutes.

2. Pull out cabbage from water, cool and sort on separate leaves.

3. Drench tomatoes with boiled water, husk and cut into cubes. Clean carrots and onions, not largely cut. Greens and a root of a celery small cut.

4. Mix tomatoes with carrots, onions, fennel and a celery. On leaves of cabbage lay out vegetable forcemeat and hardly inwrap.

5. Fry stuffed cabbage leaves 2-3 minutes in a frying pan with vegetable oil and put in a pan.

6. Mix sour cream with tomato paste, salt and fill in stuffed cabbage leaves

7. Cover a pan with stuffed cabbage leaves and you extinguish 30-40 minutes on slow fire.
