Chacha is the strong alcoholic drink widespread in the North Caucasus. It is received by a distillation method from grapes and some other fruit. Chacha is known for the fortress reaching 70 degrees but as any moonshine it needs cleaning.

It is required to you

  • - potassium permanganate;
  • - activated carbon;
  • - pine nuts;
  • - funnel;
  • - 2 tanks:
  • - water;
  • - wood birch, oak or beechen ashes;
  • - table salt;
  • - cotton wool.

Instruction

1. It is known that fresh moonshine has very unpleasant odor of fusel oils, a strong taste and high fortress. Perhaps, to eliminate the easiest and available way from chacha fusel oils - to use potassium permanganate (potassium permanganate).

2. Dilute chacha to the strength of 40-45 degrees and add to it potassium permanganate about 2-3 grams on 3 liters, stir solution and let it stand within two-three days. Black flakes which will settle banks on a bottom are as a result formed. It is necessary to merge accurately chacha in other capacity, having passed it via the filter – ordinary cotton wool.

3. Peel chacha with activated carbon. The convenience of this way is that it can be used both in the course of distillation, and after it. In the first case substitute a funnel under a stream of just produced moonshine, previously having put in it cotton wool with a gauze and having filled a layer of activated carbon. Too most it is possible to do after distillation.

4. If it is difficult to merge drink, then pour activated carbon directly into capacity at the rate of 30-50 grams of coal on chacha liter. Leave infuse liquid within two weeks, periodically mixing, and then miss via the filter from cotton wool.

5. Fine "cleaner" of any moonshine including chacha, pine nuts are. Fill up a handful of nutlets in liter of drink and let's it infuse few weeks then merge chacha via the filter, and throw out nutlets.

6. It is possible to improve moonshine, using a handful of the sifted wood birch, oak or beechen ashes and table salt which are previously filled up in home brew. After distillation dilute chacha to the strength of 30-40 degrees and overtake its second time, but already without these additives.

7. It is possible to peel chacha with a vymorazhivaniye. For this purpose the strong capacity which won't crack at a low temperature will be required. Fill in in it chacha with a strength of 40-45 degrees and place in the freezer. Water when freezing "will take away" all hazardous substances. The peeled chacha should be merged.
