Instruction

1. Preparation of a dish needs to be begun with cleaning of fish. Well wash out a mackerel, remove gills by means of scissors. Accurately unstitch a paunch on a mackerel, remove all entrails, then again well wash out and lay aside that dried. If desired fish it is possible to dry paper towels.
