  • - fat with a meat layer - 500 g;
  • - salt;
  • - black sprinkling pepper;
  • - garlic - 5-6 cloves;
  • - ground paprika;
  • - Provence herbs.

Instruction

1. At first properly wash out fat. Then let's it dry completely then make on it by means of a knife small cuts and fill with their garlic gloves crushed on thin plates. Further rub it I will merge and also ground paprika and pepper. Having strewed from above fat with Provence herbs, remove it in the refrigerator. There it has to be not less than 1.5-2 hours. There will be enough this time for its pickling.

2. After time lay out marinated fat from the fridge, place it in in advance prepared plastic bag and tie so that in it there was no air. In the same way inwrap it in 2 other packages.

3. Put the pan filled with water on a plate. When in it water begins to boil, place in it the fat which is laid out in plastic bags. So fat has to cook for 2-2.5 hours, it isn't less.

4. Then extract boiled fat from water and let's it cool down, without taking out it from plastic bags, and remove in the refrigerator. There it has to stay within a day. It is necessary for its best impregnation by spices and seasonings.

5. Take a ready-to-eat meal from plastic bags. Boiled house fat is ready!
