It is possible to make boiled pork for a New Year's table. The boiled pork made from pork gammon will become an unsurpassed treat for your family and friends. Besides cold boiled pork perfectly will be suitable for sandwiches and sandwiches.

It is required to you:

  • pork gammon of 2 kg;
  • olive oil of 70 ml;
  • garlic of 5 cloves;
  • rosemary;
  • ground black pepper;
  • lemon zest;
  • chili pepper;
  • nutmeg;
  • roasting sleeve.

Preparation

We will prepare meat. For this purpose we will wash out a piece of pork gammon under water, we will get wet with a towel and we will lay out on a cutting wooden board.

We prepare mix for marinade. A half of garlic to squeeze out, add pepper, rosemary, lemon zest, nutmeg. To mix everything. Then  we oil plentifully meat olive and we rub with mix marinade. Make a knife small cuts in meat and to fill evenly with the remained garlic gloves. 

We take food wrap and we wind meat. We send to the fridge for 24 hours for a marinovka. 

Previously to warm an oven to 200 degrees. Get the pickled meat from the fridge. Remove food wrap. Place meat in a roasting sleeve. Bake 1 hour-1.5 of hour. After preparation in an oven to get meat, to cut a sleeve and to lay out ready gammon on a flat dish.

It is the best of all to serve boiled pork with apples sauce. We will make apple sauce. Cut apples on pieces and cook in the closed saucepan. When water on 1/3 boils away, to get apples and to wipe through a sieve. Then to add sugar and cinnamon in powder to apples puree and to cook 10 minutes, constantly stirring slowly with a wooden spoon. Shake up sauce a few nimbus and we heat to give to cold boiled pork.
