  • For a flan:
  • - 500 ml of milk;
  • - 4 eggs;
  • - 1/2 glasses of sugar;
  • - pinch of vanilla sugar.
  • For caramel:
  • - 5-6 tablespoons of sugar;
  • - 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (freshly squeezed);
  • - 1 tablespoon of water.

Instruction

1. Previously get from the fridge of egg and milk that they reached room temperature. Hammer eggs into deep capacity, add granulated sugar and shake up by means of the mixer or the blender with a nozzle nimbus on small turns.
