Raw vegetables contain many vitamins and minerals. The regular use of vegetable juices allows to avoid deficiency of these important components of a metabolism. Carrot juice contains huge amount of carotene which is responsible for a condition of skin, activity of healing of wounds and even helps to avoid presenilation.

- fresh carrots
- small grater
- gauze sack
- juice extractor.
Instruction
1. Wash out carrots under flowing water, cut off the top part on 1-2 cm. In this part carrotsof is high content of nitrates. Clean vegetables and cut on small bars, 3-4 centimeters long. Miss them via the juice extractor. Cool ready juice. During the day doctors recommend to use no more than two glasses of carrot juice. For production of juice it is desirable to take very fresh vegetables with bright coloring, without damages. It is the best of all to wring out juice from carrots of a grade of Karotel. It possesses in bright, saturated color and sufficient sucrose content.
2. To prepare carrot juice without juice extractor, grate the washed-out carrots on a small grater. It is better if it is a grater from plastic that there was no oxidation of metal under the influence of a fresh juice. Place polished carrots in the sack sewed from several layers of a gauze. Clean hands squeeze a sack over wide capacity until from it juice ceases to be emitted. At such method of juice it turns out almost twice less.
3. Sterilize half-liter banks on couple. Heat carrot juice to temperature of 80 wasps, pour in the prepared jars and roll up sterile covers. The juice prepared in such a way can be stored till the next season.
