It is required to you

  • For the apples salted according to the classical recipe:
  • - 1 bucket of apples;
  • - ½ buckets of water;
  • - 170 g of granulated sugar;
  • - ½ tablespoons of salt;
  • - leaves of currant and raspberry.
  • For apples in a mash:
  • - apples atonovka;
  • - 10 liters of water;
  • - 2 tablespoons of salt;
  • - leaves of cherry or currant;
  • - 200 g of rye flour.
  • For apples with cucumbers on a 3-liter jar:
  • - cucumbers;
  • - apples;
  • - grape leaves;
  • - 10 pieces of leaves of a magnolia vine;
  • - 1 liter of water;
  • - 50 g of salt;
  • - 50 g of sugar.

Instruction

1. That salt apples according to the classical recipe, touch fruits of the small size, having thrown out the begun to rot fruit. Then carefully wash their baking plate flowing water. Wash up also leaves of raspberry and currant, and then lay out them on a towel to get rid of excess moisture. Cover a bottom of a tub or pan currant leaves, densely lay on them apples fruit stems up.
