From pumpkin it is possible to make the most tasty liqueur, using at the same time plain ingredients. Advantages of this drink are natural components and a possibility of preparation at all seasons of the year.

It is required to you

  • – pumpkin puree (280 g);
  • – reading waters (480 ml);
  • – granulated sugar (240 g);
  • – vanilla sugar (5 g);
  • – refiner syrup (220 g);
  • – carnation (4-6 pieces);
  • – rum (480 ml);
  • – cinnamon (4-6 pieces).

Instruction

1. Take a deep pan, add water. Further dissolve sugar of white and brown colors and also vanilla sugar in water. Prevent. Put on a ring and you cook before full dissolution of crystals of sugar. Syrup has to begin to boil at least once.

2. In advance prepare pumpkin puree. For this purpose peel vegetable, cut on large pieces, crush by means of the blender. Put in a sugar syrup, further place several sticks of cinnamon and a carnation in a pan. Prepare 20-30 minutes on strong fire.

3. When drink is ready, it is necessary to filter syrup. For this purpose take a small sieve, cover with several layers of a gauze and filter syrup. As a result about 2 glasses of drink have to turn out.

4. In a separate bottle from dark glass pour the turned-out syrup, pour necessary amount of rum and mix. Leave liqueur before cooling in the dark place. Then put drink during cold, previously having corked densely up.

5. The more pumpkin liqueur infuses, the more tasty drink will turn out. On average time of insisting varies from 3 to 20 days. Such liqueur has pleasant gustatory qualities and contains exclusively natural components.
