  • - 1 root of ginger;
  • - 1 chili pepper;
  • - 2 teaspoons of the Sichuan pepper;
  • - 8 stars of an anisetree;
  • - 6 tablespoons of honey;
  • - 200 ml. soy-bean sauce;
  • - 4 tablespoons of rice vinegar;
  • - 500 ml. chicken broth;
  • - olive oil;
  • - salt and pepper to taste;
  • - baking tray for frying with high edges;
  • - culinary nippers.

Instruction

1. Include an oven for a warming up to 180 degrees.

2. Season pork ribs with salt and pepper, carefully rubbing. The costal tape is recommended to be cut on separate pieces. So more convenient will prepare to eat ribs more simply.

3. Kindle a ring and put to heat up a baking tray for frying. The baking tray has to be with high edges. If it near at hand didn't appear, then use a deep frying pan which is intended as well for roasting. Add on a baking tray (frying pan) of a little olive oil.
