Salmon in the Italian sauce

Salmon dish can become the main decoration of a holiday table. But it is necessary to manage to prepare tasty it and to give correctly. Thanks to this recipe the fish keeps all the taste, and sauce adds savors. It is perfectly combined with rice as a garnish.

It is required to you

  • - 500 g of a salmon;
  • - 50 g of lemon juice;
  • - 3 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - 1 pieces of red onions;
  • - 4 pieces of tomato;
  • - 2 pieces of segment of garlic;
  • - 20 g of greens of a basil;
  • - 4 tablespoons of a desi;
  • - 1 pieces of bay leaf;
  • - salt, black sprinkling pepper;
  • - 40 g of rice.

Instruction

1. Wash up fillet of a salmon and if there are pinbones, then remove them by means of tweezers, dry a paper towel, cut on flank steaks, salt, pepper, water with lemon juice and leave for pickling for 15 minutes. Warm olive oil in a frying pan, fry fillet of a salmon from each party to a ruddy crust.

2. Lay out fish on the warmed-up dish. For preparation of sauce peel onions and cut half rings. Wash tomatoes, make from above cuts, lower them for 30 seconds in the boiling water, cast away on a colander, husk with them and cut on small pieces. Miss the peeled garlic through a press. Wash out and dry leaves of a basil and small chop.

3. In a frying pan where fish prepared, put onions and fry three minutes, then add tomatoes, garlic, butter, salt, pepper and extinguish within 10 minutes on weak fire a baking plate a cover. Then add basilicas and bay leaf and leave for several minutes on fire. Fish sauce from above, decorate with basil leaves.
