Sangria with champagne and strawberry

Champagne and strawberry - a combination for a romantic dinner. The light taste of this drink and its invigorating aroma will make your evening unforgettable. Usually sangria is the Spanish drink which is cooked from red wine with addition of different fruit. Our sangria differs from the classical recipe a little, is cooked with champagne, but from it there is no less tasty.

It is required to you

  • - champagne bottle;
  • - 1 green apple;
  • - 1 lime;
  • - cinnamon stick;
  • - 10 strawberries;
  • - half of a lemon;
  • - 50 g of sugar;
  • - 6 leaves of fresh mint.

Instruction

1. Wash out strawberry, dry it, cut each berry on four parts. Clean a lime, a lemon, apple, cut small into cubes.

2. Add cinnamon, mint to the prepared fruit, fill up sugar. It is better to take not usual sugar, but brown or reed - it will give to drink unique smack.

3. Shift all these components in a jug, remove in the fridge for about three hours. When at the bottom there is a sugar syrup, it is possible to get a jug.

4. Pour in a jug in champagne approximately in 30 minutes prior to the moment when you plan to serve drink. Again remove in the fridge. Sangria with champagne should be served cooled.

5. If you do drink not during a berry season, then instead of strawberry add the cut peaches, it will turn out too tasty. Still you can add a few wild berries - it will give to drink divine color.
