Chutney is an original Indian garnish which is usually cooked from vegetables or fruit with addition of different spices, vinegar. Chutney on consistence turns out homogeneous. Prepare shrimps with chutney from mango - you surprise with such snack all the guests!

It is required to you

  • For six portions:
  • - 1 kg of shrimps;
  • - on 50 g of mint, cilantro, ginger;
  • - 5 tablespoons of juice of a lime;
  • - 2 chili peppers;
  • - 1 garlic glove;
  • - 1/4 glasses of vegetable oil;
  • - 1 cucumber, 1 mango;
  • - 1/2 red onions;
  • - curry powder, a turmeric, кумин, salt, nutmeg to taste.

Instruction

1. Place oil, 2 tablespoons of juice of a lime, one chopped by Chile, grated ginger, a red curry, a turmeric, garlic, a half of h a spoon of salt, a muscat in the blender. Turn all this into homogeneous mass. In it pickle shrimps for half an hour.

2. Put кумин on a heated-up frying pan, take about a minute, stirring slowly. Kumin has to begin to exhale strong aroma.

3. Cut mango small into cubes, cut a cucumber similarly. Chop red onions, hot pepper, cilantro and mint more small. Mix it with 3 spoons of juice of a lime, add fried кумин. It turned out chutney.

4. Extinguish shrimps in a deep stewpan together with marinade (minutes 10), give together with chutney.
