It is very pleasant to regale on juicy strawberry in the hot afternoon. As there isn't enough aroma of this berry in winter time! Tasty compote will help to enjoy strawberry taste even during cold weather, surely close several cans of this drink for the winter in the summer.

It is required to you

  • On a 3-liter jar:
  • - 350 g of strawberry;
  • - 2.6 liters of water;
  • - 300 g of sugar;
  • - 1 h spoon of citric acid.

Instruction

1. Carefully wash out strawberry, peel it from fruit stems.

2. Wash out banks, sterilize them. Fill with strawberry berries. You can rumple a little strawberry that it gave juice, or to leave it as is, then you will be able to start up then the intact preserved berries in any pastries.

3. Now weld sweet syrup. Pour water in a pan, fill up the specified amount of sugar there, add citric acid. Bring to the boil, stirring slowly that sugar was completely dissolved.

4. In banks with strawberry fill in a sugar syrup. Cover with the sterilized covers, roll up. Turn banks, wrap up them with towels before full cooling.

5. Strawberry compote is ready-to-serve at once, but it is better to enjoy its taste in the winter. According to the same recipe you can make any other berries compote or make compote of berry mix.
