  • – granulated sugar (240 g);
  • – clear water (1-1.5 l);
  • – fresh leaves of cherry (70 pieces);
  • – citric acid (2 g);
  • – half of liter of vodka.

Instruction

1. At preparation of wine the most important governed – thorough observance of a compounding and proportions. Gustatory qualities of drink depend on it. At first prepare all ingredients. Berries of a chokeberry have to be ripe and with a dense thin skin. Take a chokeberry and well wash a baking plate with warm water. Put in a deep pan.

2. Further wash each cherry leaf and also add to a pan. Fill in with water, and then you cook on small fire about 10-15 minutes. The turned-out liquid needs to be filtered through several layers of a gauze so that there is no deposit left from berries.

3. In a separate pan pour out drink, add sugar, and then citric acid. Continue to cook on very slow fire of 15-20 more minutes. Wait for full cooling.

4. Open a bottle with vodka and pour out in chokeberry syrup, waters, sugar and citric acid.
