The dogrose is the fruit containing a large amount of vitamin, and it means that it, undoubtedly, will be useful to maintenance of a protective system of an organism normal. Also the dogrose helps to reduce level, so-called, bad cholesterol and is useful at various inflammations. But it is necessary to remember the fixing properties of this fruit.

To make useful and tasty drink, not much time will be required. What it is necessary for us? Dried fruits of a dogrose – 2 tablespoons and black tea – 2 tablespoons., well and water by itself.

Someone makes a dogrose in a thermos, and I make easier. In the morning when I make tea, (usually I take krunolistovy, but any black will approach) in the teapot which is previously scalded by boiled water, I put 2 tablespoons of a dogrose and black tea. I fill in all on a half with just boiled water. I leave a teapot, having covered with a towel for about 10 minutes, and then I add to full. In 10-15 minutes tasty and very useful tea is ready. We drink it all family. It is possible to add a lemon, honey or jam to tea.
