- Celery (stalks) of 350 g
- Apples of 250 g
- Carrots of 150 g
- Cheese of 70 g
- Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
- Olive or almond oil of 100 g
1. Cut a celery with cross thin straws. Cut apples small into cubes.
2. Boil, rub carrots on a large grater.
3. Rub cheese on a small grater. Nuts can or be cut small, or to crush by means of a small grater.
4. Mix a celery, apples, carrots, nuts, cheese and to fill salad sauce (having connected oil and lemon juice).
