Champignons – they strong are most of all appreciated small and average size, it is convenient to pickle or add them to salad even in the raw. Large champignons are almost not standard. If you accidentally met such champignons overages in shop – safely buy. From these mushrooms it is possible to make delicious hot appetizer.

It is required to you

  • - 6 large champignons;
  • - 1 stalk of a celery;
  • - 2 garlic gloves;
  • - 1 paprika;
  • - 1 small carrots;
  • - vegetable oil, couple of branches of greens (fennel, parsley);
  • - salt, ground black pepper.

Instruction

1. Wash carefully champignons, properly dry, remove legs.

2. Small crush a stalk of a celery and garlic.

3. Peel carrots, rub on a small grater.

4. In a frying pan warm vegetable oil, roast carrots till golden color, add a paprika, then a celery with garlic.

5. After that add small chopped legs of champignons.

6. Salt, strew with pepper, fry about 5 minutes.

7. Lay out hats of champignons on the baking tray warmed, oiled vegetable, on each hat of champignon place a stuffing.

8. Bake in the warmed oven of 10 - 15 minutes, when giving on a table strew with the crushed greens.
