The dishes prepared with application of potatoes thoroughly took root in our menus. The taste of potato is pleasant, it perfectly creates sense of fulness. Many people prefer potatoes in any kind.

It is required to you

  • potatoes large – 1 kg,
  • mincemeat – 200 g,
  • onion – 1 piece,
  • a set of the frozen vegetables – 300 g,
  • cheese – 100 g,
  • mayonnaise – 3 tablespoons,
  • salt

Instruction

1. Wash potatoes and exempt from a peel. Cut in half and choose the middle in each of halves. Lay out a form in which you will bake a dish on perimeter potato halves.

2. Peel onions, cut small, connect to forcemeat. Add salt, a spoon of oil and a spoon of mayonnaise. Well mix everything. From ready forcemeat knurl small balls. Lay from on potatoes.

3. Stir the frozen vegetables with that part of potatoes which was taken out from tubers. To this weight add mayonnaise, oil. Salt and pepper structure. Lay out ready mix in the middle of a form.

4. Establish a semi-finished product in an oven which heat to 180 degrees in advance. In 50 minutes strew a dish with polished cheese, further prepare within 10 minutes.
