Very tasty vegetables turn out under a honey mustard sauce. Such garnish is perfectly combined with a shish kebab and rice.

It is required to you

  • - 200 g of a desi;
  • - 1 pieces celery (root);
  • - 8 pieces of potatoes;
  • - 5 pieces of averages морковин;
  • - 4 pieces of garlic glove;
  • - 20 ml of liquid honey;
  • - 20 g of the divorced mustard;
  • - 2 g of a black sprinkling pepper;
  • - 5 g of a curry;
  • - 5 g of ground paprika;
  • - salt to taste.

Instruction

1. For preparation of such sauce it is the best of all to take fresh flower honey which didn't manage to thicken and become candied still, it is possible to take as well buckwheat honey. If there is no fresh honey, dilute with a little boiled water honey and strongly warm up on a water bath. Honey has to become liquid, but you don't bring to boiling. Well cool liquid honey before cooking.

2. Take a celery, well wash, dry and clean. Cut the Chishchenny root of a celery in cubes of the identical size no more than two-three centimeters. Also wash potatoes and carrots and clean, cut in cubes of a little smaller size. Clean garlic and cut each clove in half. Put vegetables and garlic together in a deep bowl.

3. Take a frying pan with a thick bottom and high edges, well warm on a plate and put in it a desi as soon as oil thaws, add to it honey. Without ceasing to stir slowly, add to oil with honey pepper, a curry and paprika. Carefully sauce vegetables, each piece has to be covered with it. Shift vegetables in a form for roasting and bake forty minutes. At will it is possible to add a cauliflower and a celery to such vegetables.
