0.5 cottage cheese kg, a half of a glass of milk or cream, 3 eggs, 100 g of sugar, 50 g of a desi, 4 tablespoons of flour (flour can be replaced if desired with semolina).

Preparation of cottage cheese casserole:

In cottage cheese we pour out milk and properly we stir. If cottage cheese is harsh, it is better to wipe at first it through a sieve or to use a masher for preparation of puree.

Slightly we shake up eggs with sugar and we add to curds. There we add the oil kindled on a water bath, and again properly everything we mix flour.

We shift the turned-out weight in a baking dish and we put in the oven which is previously warmed up to 180 degrees. Bake before formation of a golden crust (about 45-55 minutes).

Give in a hot or cold look. I recommend to water hot casserole with sour cream and to sugar (and still it is possible also cinnamon), and cool – jam.

Helpful advice: also it is possible to add raisin (don't forget it to wash out) to casserole or to use cake cheese with raisin. Instead of raisin it is possible to take other dried fruits, for example, dried apricots, but it is necessary to cut it more small. And it is possible to decorate cottage cheese casserole also with tinned fruit, jelly, soft cream.
