It is required to you

  • - 1 kg of new potato (small size);
  • - 100 g of sour cream and desi;
  • - 70 g of green fennel;
  • - 1 pinch of salt and black sprinkling pepper.

Instruction

1. Well wash and clean potatoes (scrape off all thin skin a knife). Again wash out it, fill in with water and bring on strong fire to the boil. Salt, cover and already on small fire you cook to a ready state.

2. Wash up and knife green fennel. Drain water after potatoes cook, and lay out it on a dish. Add chopped greens, oil and sour cream to taste. Mix potatoes a spoon or cover and stir up several times.

3. Pepper potatoes at will, if necessary add salt and also 1-2 cloves of ground garlic or strew with rings of the cut onions. Again carefully mix a ready-to-eat meal, cover and leave for 1-2 min.
