My two-year-old daughter Nastenka is from the cradle not indifferent to sweet. Always I try to prepare desserts for the baby not only tasty, but also useful. Here I share one of such dishes with you.

- - orange - 3 pieces,
- - tangerine - 3 pieces,
- - orange juice - 200 ml,
- - sugar - 2 tablespoons,
- - citric acid - on a knife tip,
- - gelatin - 20 g,
- - mint leaflets - 20 g.
Instruction
1. Fill in gelatin with cold orange juice and leave on 1-2 h at the room temperature for swelling. Oranges and tangerines carefully to wash up, shift to a fabric napkin and to dry.
2. Peel, sort on segments and remove stones if they are. A sharp knife to exempt pulp of oranges and tangerines from a plenochka. Shake up citrus pulp with sugar in the blender. If there is no blender, it is possible to mash pulp a pestle, in this case instead of sugar it is necessary to use icing sugar. Add citric acid. At will it is possible to put a little cinnamon. Place citrus weight in a form.
3. Wash up, dry mint and to rub slightly in hands that the aroma revealed more brightly. Add mint to fruit puree. Kindle the bulked-up gelatin on a water bath and a thin stream to pour in a form. Everything carefully to mix and remove in the fridge at several o'clock before hardening.
4. When jelly it is ready, to lay out it on a plate. For this purpose the bottom of a form needs to be lowered for several seconds in hot water then quickly to turn. It is possible to decorate a dessert with mint leaves.
