Thus, instead of going to the park on walk, having taken a few fruit, we go to restaurant and we order sushi, pizza, hamburgers and sparkling water. And easily we respond on the invitation to come into a public catering point, without starving to death, and just for the sake of communication.

That in the evening to have a rest, we also address food - we go to the movies or we sit down in front of the TV with something tasty (cookies, candies, popcorn).

So to do with this harmful grocery abundance? Obviously to approach intelligently purchase of products and it is critical - to promotion of any consumption. Begin with banal:

  • Behind products you go with the list and quantity of money which will be enough only for purchase of the products listed there.
  • Get a hobby in the course of which it won't turn out is (knit, sew, collect puzzles, ride a bike).
