One of the most modern materials to build the house, is foam concrete. It is much easier than normal concrete, but possesses the best warm and sound insulation. It is possible to build the house most, but it is necessary to observe technology accurately.

1. The first step – the base device. At first it is necessary to dig ditch (it is possible with own hand, but it is better by means of the bulldozer). When the ditch is ready and the basis is strengthened, it is possible to start filling of the base. The best option for owner-occupied dwelling tape base under load bearing walls is considered. If the house small, then it is possible to make the continuous base under all house at once.
2. Now it is necessary to begin to build the house actually. If you plan the basement, then the first basement walls "are expelled". The laying of foam-concrete blocks begins with building corners. You should not forget about basement waterproofing which will protect not only underground part of the dwelling, but also all house from hit of moisture and feeling of dampness in rooms. For this purpose perfectly the clay dug from ditch (if is) or special waterproofing structure will approach.
3. The further laying of walls from foam-concrete blocks is conducted by normal method with any kind of bandaging. During laying it is worth carrying out mounting of crossing points over windows and doors. After construction of foam-concrete walls, it is necessary to establish windows and doors that the building sank together with them.
4. If the house two-storeyed or is more, then overlapping mounting will be the following step. There are two most popular ways of production of overlapping: monolithic or assembly reinforced concrete of hollow plates. You should not forget about openings for sanitary and communication needs in the house.
5. Completes the construction - the rooftop which can be made on the taste and color. There is a lot of materials for production of roof in the modern market. Most often use wooden rafters with tile covering of roof.
6. After the device of roof it is possible to pass to internal distribution of space and finishing of rooms: to establish partitions, to mount bathrooms, to bring communications and to do clean floor.
