At construction of the house on the boggy site or in those places where the level of underground water is high, there are always certain difficulties. For creation of the strong long-term building the thorough training of the place and the choice of the correct type of the base is of particular importance.

1. Conduct soil investigation in the place of expected construction of the house. It is desirable to involve to it professional experts who will carefully study features of the soil, will define level of underground water and will take out the qualified conclusion about basic possibility of construction of the capital building.

2. At beneficial effect of examination choose type of the base on which the house will be built. The most widespread type for boggy soil is the continuous plate and monolithic base with waterproofing. It is desirable to cast plate directly on construction object to do without lifting equipment.

3. Making the plan of construction, consider that you should offer the so necessary basement level of the house in economy. All views of the base which are permissible for building on boggy mobile soil have to resist, first of all, to impact of the water arriving from below. Such structures of the base conditionally call "floating".

4. Prior to filling of the base remove top soil, dig out small ditch of 110-130 cm in depth and fill deepening with layer of granite crushed stone (about 70 cm), and from above fill up layer of coarse-grained sand (approximately on 30 cm). It is desirable to choose for construction the beginning of summer season, after descent of underground waters.

5. After sand charge repeatedly water it from hose to condense as it is possible stronger. After watering carry out tamper of sand fill, using vibration board.

6. For drain of underground waters in different zones of the construction site dig out the closed drainage system of the trenches inclined in one party. Depth of trench has to be 1.5-2.5 m. Fill up bottom of deepening with crushed stone, and then lay drainage pipes in trench, having made in them previously openings for collecting water. For protection of pipes against contamination it is desirable to wind them with natural coir fiber or special geofabric.

7. In places of convergence of trenches establish drain shafts in the form of the plastic tanks driven in the earth. Water will flow down on pipes and to accumulate in such well from where it periodically should be pumped out the submersible pump out of borders of the site.

8. After the carried-out preparation establish timbering on the place of future base, and then lay asbestos-cement sheets and armature on bottom. Fill in the solution prepared in the concrete mixer in timbering until thickness of plate does not reach 25-30 cm.

9. After hardening of the base you pass to the device of socle of the house which is more preferable for putting from quarrystone, having imposed with large cobble-stones plate on all perimeter of construction. Fasten stones with masonry mortar. The socle has to tower over ground level on half-meter. Leave air vent from each of four parties of socle.

10. Now you pass to performance of the main works on house wall construction, production of roof and finishing. The construction method at the same time will practically differ in nothing from construction of the house on normal solid soil.
