There are several ways to make in it qualitative opening, having kept at the same time integrity of material.

1. Along with firmness and durability of surface of ceramic tile the extreme fragility is also inherent in it. Drills and perforators with the drills intended for concrete and brick, unfortunately, will not be able to make opening in tile, without having damaged it. The drill which cutting edge will be much firmer than tile surface is required. It is possible to buy special drill with diamond tip. There is also budgetary option – self-made drill with pobeditovy tip which by all means will be at masters in the next market.
2. That the drill did not slide on tile surface, it needs to be nakernit, that is to do small deepening. For this purpose apply drill edge to the place intended for drilling and, carefully tapping on face with the hammer, make small hollow on tile. 3. It is possible to make opening in tile of large diameter only at stage of its laying. Plan marker contours of future opening. Through its center execute tile cut. Take a bite opening from two half of tile special nippers. It is possible also on the planned contour to drill set of small openings and then to break out core.
4. Or buy the tool the ballerina reminding compasses, but with drill instead of needle and diamond cutter on the place of graphite. For receiving qualitative edge at first make an incision one party of tile, and then another. In case of use of diamond crown, it is rather simple to establish it in the right place and to drill opening.
