Frequent interruptions in central heating system during the winter period force residents of multifamily houses to look for rescue in installation of individual heating. Pleasure this very expensive, but as practice shows, business here not so much in money how many in numerous bureaucratic obstacles.

1. Solution of this question is found in competence of municipalities of domicile, but, as a rule, installation of individual heating in single apartment of residential building is not allowed. However there are also exceptions. In this case the special interdepartmental commission created by local authority gives permission to disconnection from central heating and installation of individual heating.
2. To start process, first of all write the application in this commission which is obliged to consider it within month and to make the decision. It is made out by the protocol and it is carried to the applicant. The positive decision – only the basis for receiving specifications and the appeal to the design organization for development of the project. The ready project includes large number of the technical calculations connected with reconstruction of system of heat supply, transferring of transit struts, the project of thermal insulation and many other things.
3. After the project is ready, will agree on it with all organizations concerning delivery of specifications for connection of the house to external networks. Having the approved and agreed project, you can buy the corresponding heating equipment and sign the contract with the organization for its installation.
4. On completion of works you renew the contract with the organization which is responsible for heat supply on already new conditions. Now multifamily residential buildings with the autonomous heating services calculated on all house, or on each apartment separately are stood.
5. As for heating of country houses, that here similar restrictions are absent. It is enough to sign the contract with the profile design organization, and it will carry out full design of heating services at short notice.
