Main application of screw piles is country construction. They are widely used for mounting of the base of houses and baths, economic blocks and gazebos, terraces and fences. Often by means of screw piles build trade pavilions, moorings for small size vessels, them strengthen the problem bases.

Instruction
1. Mark the provision of screw piles on the site. Even prior to construction of such base it is necessary to calculate its sizes, and proceeding from it and quantity of screw piles which are going to be established. The distance between them depends on such factors as soil type, expected foundation load, pile length.
2. Establish at first basic (angular) piles, and only after that start installation of the others. Installation of piles happens to the help of the special device – the machine for screwing up which in fact is power drill of the big size. It is possible to carry out manual installation. The manual screwing-up key is for this purpose used.
3. Twisting piles, use magnetic level. Installation has to be made strictly vertically. If across the site there passes the cable, it is necessary to use the device for its search to avoid damage. The distance between piles should not be more than 3 meters. It is possible to establish screw piles in addition in those places where is going to arrange especially heavy constructions, for example, the oven.
4. After installation of piles cut them on uniform level – height over earth surface has to be about 40-50 cm. Concrete cavities which were formed around piles at their screwing.
5. By means of welding weld heads on tops of piles - it is the upper parts of piles intended for fastening of base basis to them. The channel or bar most often acts as such basis. Depending on the used material, additional spare parts can be required: adapters, clowns, inserts for fastening of wooden bars, sets for reduction of diameter, etc.
6. Tie piles with channel or bar, surely using for this purpose level and watching that the binding laid down strictly horizontally.
