The bed is recognized as necessity in any premises. But it, as a rule, costs very much and the sizes and finishing not always suit it. In this case it is possible to make double bed with own hands.

Instruction
1. Before making wooden bed, it is necessary to calculate its dimensions on double mattress and it is correct to pick up material of which the bed will be made. Production of bed will require boards and half of the sheet chipboard of which backs will be made further.
2. The binding of frame of bed is carried out by means of two longitudinal and two cross bars. The sizes of the first have to correspond to bed length, and the second its width. Cross bars of rigidity have to be located in upper part of frame of bed. Its approximate sizes – 45 x 60. To calculate exact amount of bars of rigidity, it is necessary to consider the weight of owners self-made bed.
3. The next stage bed legs fasten. For what it is necessary to take two basic bars of the identical size. They should be fixed on bottom edge of frame. It becomes when legs are used as the main support.
4. The frame gathers from preparations. For this purpose bars of rigidity need to be inserted into longitudinal bar of frame wedge. It is required for giving of durability and reliability to product. All connections are coated with joiner's glue and fixed by screws or self-tapping screws.
5. It is the best of all to use specially glue intended just for decoration produced on the basis of PVA. He is capable to provide high strength of connection of parts from tree. Besides such glue has no smell that is ideal for use indoors.
6. Future legs bed are implanted under basic bar of frame from side and the lowermost cross bar of rigidity. For their fixing it is necessary to use the bolts and nuts twisted in frame.
7. For giving of additional durability the bolt can be fixed through additional part of side board of bed which performs decorative function. For its production it is possible to use plate of chipboard or planed inch board.
8. Are fastened by bolts with decorative hat of back of bed to cross bars. On it production of basis of bed is finished. If desired it can be added with various decorative parts. Their choice completely depends on imaginations of the master.
