2. Apply cement to solution the high brand. Sand only river. In addition sift sand, foam-concrete blocks will turn out stronger and more qualitative. It is necessary to add to solution foaming agent and hardener.
3. In penobetonosmesitel it is necessary to fill one part of cement, three parts of sand, 400 gr. foaming agent and 200 gr. hardener. At first you make stirring of sand and cement with water addition. Foaming agent you enter gradually. Only careful hashing of components can be added hardener and to disturb 1-2 minutes.
4. Oil forms lubricating and fill in in them mix. You dry at high temperature 50-60 degrees within two days. After drying the blocks can be removed from forms and to fill forms with new solution. When mixing components use personal protection equipment. Foaming agent has caustic concentration.
