Now there were two-tariff and three-tariff counters on which calculation and payment is made depending on the tariff rates in certain hours of day. Instruction
1. To count quantity of the consumed electric power on the one-rate metering device, take readings from the device on the date of payment, write down digits in the receipt in the graph on the date of payment. Take the previous receipt, look at digits in the graph on the date of payment and include them in the new receipt for payment. From the first digit take away the second, increase the received number by applicable fare in your region, write down it in total number. If you or members of your family have privileges for utilities, take away this sum from final calculation, include the received digit in the last column and pay in any post office or in savings bank.
2. To count indications of the two-tariff metering device, act with similar method, but consider separately two tariffs and multiply by the sum of the operating night tariff and day. Look at indications of tariff for day electricity consumption, include digit on the date of payment in the new receipt, take away the previous indications on the date of payment, calculate difference, increase by the day tariff rate. Also arrive with indications of night tariff. Put the received digits, take away the sum of privileges if they are available for you, pay the receipt in any point accepting utility payments from the population.
3. To count indications of the three-tariff metering device, take readings from three tariffs on the date of payment. From each digit take away the previous indicators specified in the paid receipt for last month, increase each calculated number by applicable fare in your region in the afternoon, at night and in rush hours, put all sums, take away privileges if they are, pay in any point accepting utility payments from the population.
4. If you broke the electric power metering device, then to you will calculate payment proceeding from the number of electric devices and the people registered in the apartment. Within one month you will pay the consumed electric power for average tariff. In one month, it is established period in all regions, you are obliged to put the electric counter.
