If in your dwelling the keramzitobetonny or cement and sand tie which is in the normal state is made, it can be not touched as it is good under new floor covering. But if the tie is pressed through in many places, it needs repair.

- - wooden bar;
- - perforator;
- - water;
- - dry repair mix.
Instruction
1. Remove all garbage and pollution from tie, then make visual examination. It is necessary to reveal spallings and cracks. Tap tie face of wooden bar. At the same time the firm ringing sound has to be distributed. If in any places sound of the deaf, there are spallings.
2. Cut down the damaged places of tie before overlapping by means of the perforator which needs to be switched to the blow mode.
3. Remove pieces of tie from the pole broken by the perforator, you will notice pole and remove from it dust (it is possible to use the vacuum cleaner).
4. Ground tie water. For this purpose moisten pole surface with large amount of water to wet old solution around pole and also floor slab. Otherwise these materials can "exhaust" water from repair solution.
5. Dissolve dry repair mix, following the instruction of the producer.
6. Establish "patches" from repair solution on places of spalling.
7. Expand on all length the available cracks by means of the perforator.
8. Remove all garbage from cracks and ground them, applying the same way, as well as during the work with spallings.
9. Stir repair solution and apply it in cracks.
10. Leave solution before full drying – for 9 days.
