Will how long stay your house depends on the base. The base is fundamental any building. Located on low-quality soil it can lead to house draft that promotes damage of walls which are expressed as vertical cracks. Weather patterns, such as rains and thawing of snow can influence its destruction also. So from damage of the base no who is insured. And if nevertheless the house has sat, it can mean only one – it is time to replace the base. For this purpose it is not obligatory to call experts at all. It is possible to cope with this though not easy problem independently.

- - jack;
- - poles (the 11-18th in the diameter);
- - board laying (thickness the 50-60th, is long 50-80);
- - chocks;
- - jumper;
- - scrap;
- - sledge hammer;
- - pick;
- - bricks or blocks.
Instruction
1. Exempt socle from soil on several meters (from 1 m) that there was enough place for carrying out repair work. It can be done by means of shovel or scrap, if soil too firm.
2. Recede from house corner 1.2 meters and sort the site of the old base.
3. After the site is sorted, under the lower wreath establish jack. The jack should be established on laying what it would not go to the soil under weight. The strong pole of large diameter can serve as laying (the pole should not break under pressure). For safer work get special laying under jack.
4. Take level and check it the provision of the lower wreath. It has to stand exactly, without any deviations. Otherwise the new foundation will be laid poor that will affect its term of operation.
5. Near jack, on the same laying, establish chock and, having released, take out jack. Instead of chock it is also possible to use piece from normal bar.
6. Do this operation with all four corners of the building and places of crossing of walls.
7. Now lay bricks or blocks under each corner and crossing of walls. It will create additional support for carrying out final works. Begin bricklaying with crossing of walls. When the base under walls is ready, the operation make touch also under external walls, making laying from one corner to another.
8. Wait still new base will dry up a little and take out from under wreaths of chock or bars.
9. After day check the base level. Everything has to be exactly, without any deviations.
