If among residents of the apartment constantly there are quarrels concerning the one who is obliged to pay utilities, that time to think of division of personal account. As a result of opening of additional personal account the apartment simply turns into municipal, and family members – into neighbors.

Instruction
1. If all living in the apartment which have reached full age age agree to the section of personal account in the apartment, then the ZhEK is engaged in permission of the matter. Write the application in ZhEK with request for the section of personal account: in it all full age residents of the apartment have to sign documents.
2. Provided that only one or several family members agree to the section of personal account, and other full age residents do not give the consent, address to judicial authority. Write the statement of claim with request for change of the employment contract of the apartment. Enclose the plan of the apartment, the copy of the warrant and the copy of personal account, the reference of the Federal Law and also the certificate of average to the statement of claim earnings or income sources.
3. Consider that you get permission to the section of personal account only in case the room is isolated: on adjacent rooms, part of the room or utility rooms will not open personal account. At the same time width of confined room has to be not less than two meters, and width of the only door opening conducting to the room - is not less than 70 centimeters. Besides, on specifications the distance between window and wall opposite to it has to be not less than three meters. And one more important condition: the window in this confined room should not leave in the small closed court yard. Only at compliance of all these conditions, it is possible to count on the section of personal account.
