What is peat tablets
Peat tablets are the peat pressed in the washers of various height and diameter recorded on edge by thin grid or geotextiles. Low-quality peat tablets can be packed into polyethylene. On upper part of each of tablets the deepening for landing of seed is provided.

Each sunflower seed is sowed in special deepening on top of tablet and covered from above with fibers of peat 2-3 mm thick. For the fastest germination of seeds the peat tablets place in boxes for seedling - special designs with the closed transparent covers. There are also boxes with heating which will provide to seeds comfortable existence even in the winter. Seedling in peat tablets is grown up as well as in any other container with soil - contains in heat and is humidified mainly from spray. Peat tablets are convenient that young seedlings in them will not be subjected to change as it occurs in case seedling ascends in the general box. Each peat tablet is just placed in container for further cultivation, previously having removed from it cover network, and fill with the soil the remained intervals.
