1. Cement is binding substance which is produced in the form of fine-grained powder of gray color. Apply this binding and in production of asbestos-cement products. Without it it is impossible to receive any water mortar: masonry, plaster. 5. Any of types of cement is used as follows: at incessant hashing manually or in the concrete mixer gradually add water before formation of mass of the necessary consistence to powder structure. But in pure form this binding is not applied anywhere. In any of solutions on the basis of cement sand, and in case with concrete – and gravel of crushed fines is put in certain proportion. Instead of gravel it is possible to take crushed stone, metallurgical slag, haydite, sawdust and other fillers. In this case in the course of hashing of four components (sand, cement, filler, water) the weight significantly differing on durability on compression and speeds of hardening turns out. For example, opilkobeton – the "softest" construction stone, but having the lowest heat conductivity.
6. Many private developers have question: whether it is possible to use old packed cement for bookmark to the base? It is necessary to understand that if cement was incorrectly stored and in it kamnevidny lumps were formed, then it does not suit for construction jobs even in case of their crushing. Binding, prematurely absorbed moisture, loses all the properties and solution with use of such component will not have due properties.
