Chocolate cream - delicacy which is capable to lighten the mood in cloudy day. Drink in the morning a cup of fragrant coffee with a small portion of the dense chocolate cream made from cocoa - what can be better?

The recipe of chocolate cream from cocoa

It will be required to you:

- 100 grams of a desi;

- 100 ml of milk;

- glass of sugar;

- three tablespoons of cocoa;

- two tablespoons of flour.

Preparation

Cut a desi small pieces, put it in a pan and put on fire (fire has to be minimum). 

As soon as oil to be kindled, add to it all sugar, flour and cocoa, carefully mix.

Pour in milk in mix and, constantly stirring slowly, you cook cream until thick (about 10 minutes). Remove ready cream from fire, shake up and cool.

Cream with cocoa for cake

It will be required to you:

- three eggs;

- 400 grams of a desi;

- bag of vanilla sugar;

- three tablespoons of cocoa;

- cognac teaspoon;

- 100 ml of water;

- two tablespoons of sugar.

Preparation

In a metal bowl mix water with sugar, put a bowl on fire and bring mix to the boil.

In a separate cup shake up eggs to magnificent dense foam (they have to increase in volume approximately three times).

As soon as eggs are shaken up, without stopping shaking up, pour in weight a thin stream in a hot sugar syrup.

Mix a desi, vanilla sugar, cocoa and cognac, connect mix with an egg mixture. Cream is ready. 

Cream from cocoa and sour cream

It will be required to you:

- 100 ml of sour cream;

- 100 grams of icing sugar;

- In the 50th gram of cocoa;

- 10 grams of gelatin.

Preparation

Cool sour cream then mix it with icing sugar and cocoa and carefully shake up the mixer.

Dissolve gelatin in 30 ml of water, mix it with a sour cream weight. Pour ready cream on molds and put in the fridge for a couple of hours.
