If you want to prepare something tasty for dinner - bake in a ham oven with potatoes. The recipe is very simple and doesn't demand any expensive ingredients. Ham will turn out gentle and juicy, and as a garnish you will be able to serve fragrant potatoes with a ruddy crust.

It is required to you

  • 1 kilogram of potatoes;
    • 3 chicken quarters;
    • 3-4 garlic gloves;
    • 100 grams of 20% of sour cream;
    • 6-7 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
    • 1/4 teaspoons of a black sprinkling pepper;
    • 1/4 teaspoons of chili powder;
    • 2 teaspoons without salt top;
    • 2-3 branches of fresh parsley or fennel.

Instruction

1. Peel one kilogram of potatoes of average size and wash a baking plate with cold water. Cut each root crop on four parts. In a deep cup mix 100 grams of 20% of sour cream, 3-4 garlic gloves crushed in a chesnokodavka, 1/4 teaspoons of a black sprinkling pepper, ¼ teaspoons of chili powder, 1 teaspoon without salt top.
