  • For the first recipe:
    • pork tenderloin - 1 kg;
    • chili powder - 2 tablespoons;
    • black sprinkling pepper - 2 tablespoons;
    • salt - 2 tablespoons;
    • garlic - 4 cloves;
    • potatoes - 1 kg;
    • mayonnaise - 150 g.
    • For the second recipe:
    • pork - 900 g;
    • salt - to taste;
    • pepper - to taste;
    • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
    • eggs - 2 pieces;
    • milk - 400 гр;
    • spices for potatoes - to taste;
    • garlic - 4 segments;
    • potatoes - 800 g;
    • onions - 2 pieces;
    • brynza - 100 g.
    • For the third recipe:
    • carbonade - 500 g;
    • salt - 1 h a spoon;
    • pepper - 1 h a spoon;
    • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
    • potatoes - 700 g;
    • arugula - 100 g;
    • sour cream - 4 tablespoons;
    • garlic - 4 segments;
    • cheese - 70 g.

Instruction

1. If you prefer spicy dishes, make pork with potato as follows. In a small bowl mix 2 tablespoons of chili powder with the same quantity of black, add a salt tablespoon. By means of a press squeeze out in spice 4 of garlic glove and mix all ingredients to a uniform state.

2. Wash one kilogram of pork tenderloin, dry and place in the prepared mix for half an hour. At this time clean 1 kilogram of potatoes, wash, slice round average thickness and put in a bowl. Add 150 grams of mayonnaise, a salt teaspoon, strew with pepper and carefully mix everything.
