  • - leek (only a white part) - 1 stalk;
  • - a soy-bean sauce - 2 tablespoons;
  • - seasoning to mountains masala - 0.5 teaspoons.;
  • - vegetable oil - 4 tablespoons.

Instruction

1. With mushrooms make the following: carefully wash out, and then cut lengthways on 2 parts of the identical size. Cut pepper in the form of small pieces, previously having removed a core. At first divide leek into 2 longitudinal parts then cut on segments of the small size.

2. A shish kebab from champignons, as well as any other, it is necessary to pickle. For this purpose shift mushrooms in a cup together with pepper and leek. In a vegetable mix pour vegetable oil, a soy-bean sauce and also add seasoning to mountains masala. Carefully mix everything and send to the fridge for 60 minutes.

3. After time get the pickled vegetables. Now begin to string serially on wooden skewers, champignons, pepper, leek.
