How to make buns with a stuffing

Fragrant, tasty and gentle cinnamon buns from yeast dough. Dough is cooked simply and without excess fuss, it turns out soft and doesn't harden.

It is required to you

  • For the test:
  • - Milk teploye400 ml;
  • - flour of 700 g;
  • - sugar of 100 g;
  • - yeast powder of 2 h l;
  • - salt 1/3 of Part l;
  • - the kindled desi of 100 g;
  • For a stuffing:
  • - Sugar of 100 g;
  • - a desi the kindled 50 g.
  • - ground cinnamon.
  • For topping:
  • - Usual, vanilla or cane sugar;
  • - milk or egg.

Instruction

1. In separate capacity mix warm milk, a yeast powder, sugar and leave for 10-15 minutes. On the expiration of time add oil, salt and gradually flour. Dough is kneaded at first a spoon, then hands, covered with food wrap and removed for an hour to the warm place.

2. The silicone rug or other surface are powdered with flour, shift dough, divided into two equal parts. Roll dough in layer of 5-7 mm, grease creamy oil, strew with sugar and cinnamon. For a stuffing it is possible to use coconut flakes or poppy. Skatyvat roll, cut portion pieces, shift to a baking tray, allow to have a rest under a towel of 20 minutes, so buns will be created and will rise.

3. Dough is greased with milk, to sugar or other topping, remove in in advance warmed oven 180º for 20 - 30 minutes. Ready buns cover with a kitchen towel for 20 minutes.
