- 250 ml of kefir,
- 5 sugar tsp,
- 5 tsp of sea salt,
- 5 tsp of baking soda,
- 150 гр cheese,
- 300 гр plus is a little wheat flour for powder,
- 400 гр cottage cheese,
- 3 yolks,
- 50 гр desi,
- little sprinkling pepper,

- half of a bunch of green onions,

Instruction
1. We knead 400 grams of low-fat cottage cheese in a bowl. We add a soft desi and we mix. When hashing we pound mix a spoon.

4. We pour warm kefir in a bowl, we add granulated sugar, sea salt and soda. We leave mix for ten minutes.
