How to make chicken with eggplants and tomatoes in an oven

The gentle chicken meat made in an oven with tomatoes and eggplants under an appetizing cheese crust is an ideal dinner for all family. Especially as for preparation of this dish it isn't necessary to spend a lot of time.

It is required to you

  • - 500 grams of chicken fillet,
  • - 2 eggplants,
  • - 2 tomatoes,
  • - 100 grams of a hard cheese,
  • - 3 garlic gloves,
  • - little fresh greens,
  • - 100 grams of mayonnaise,
  • - little sea salt,
  • - little ground black pepper.

Instruction

1. We wash eggplants, we peel, we cut in the form of plates. We put plates on a plate, we salt to taste and we leave approximately for half an hour. We merge juice.

2. Chicken fillet is washed well out, we cut lengthways on 3-4 pieces. We wrap meat pieces in a film and we beat off. We season with salt and pepper.

3. We wash tomatoes then we cut circles. We mix mayonnaise with small chopped garlic and fresh greens.

6. We warm an oven to 180 degrees. We bake eggplants with chicken about 50 minutes. We get a ready-to-eat meal from an oven, we allow to stand a little, we cut a la carte and we give on a table, having decorated with fresh greens.
