It is required to you

  • - 350 grams of boiled meat (pork or beef who as loves);
  • - 5-7 pieces of large potatoes;
  • - 5 pieces of tomatoes, average size;
  • - eggs – 3 pieces;
  • - 1 large bulb;
  • - 6 leaves of salad curly-headed;
  • - 1 average bunch of fennel;
  • - 6 tablespoons of corn oil;
  • - 3 tablespoons of vinegar of 3%;
  • - half of a tea spoon of mustard (powder);
  • - salt, black sprinkling pepper.

Instruction

1. The boiled meat is cut in the form of cubes. Potatoes are carefully washed out, boiled in a uniform then clean and cut in small cubes.

2. Tomatoes are washed also thoroughly and cut small pieces. Leaves of salad wash with flowing water and accurately spread on a bottom of the prepared dish for salad.

3. From above lettuce leaves put tomatoes, strew them with spices and salt. An even layer put meat, then potatoes on tomatoes. All from above pepper and prisalivat a little.

4. Onions are peeled, washed and cut small pieces. Greens are also washed out and a half of quantity is crushed.

5. Eggs are boiled, shelled and separate the yolks from the whites. Then yolks rub on a small grater and connect to greens and mustard, and proteins cut small circles.

6. Yolks fill with corn oil and add vinegar. Before the giving to a table pour over salad the turned-out dressing and decorate with greens.
