One of traditional dishes of French cuisine is Nisuaz salad. Options of preparation of this salad there is great variety, but there are ingredients which are a part surely: these are anchovies, tomatoes, garlic and olives.

It is required to you

  • - 200 g of a tuna in own juice
  • - 2 eggs
  • - 100 g of a green salad
  • - 1 pieces of paprika
  • - 40 g of anchovies
  • - 200 g of struchkoy haricot
  • - 60 g of olives
  • - 2 garlic gloves
  • - 50 ml of olive oil
  • - salt, pepper
  • - lemon juice

Instruction

1. It is good to wash up and boil eggs.

2. In cold water to wash up lettuce leaves, to dry them by means of tissues or towels.

3. Boil green beans in the added some salt water.

4. Wash up, scrape paprika seeds, cut strips.

5. Take a dish or a plate, to dig lettuce leaves hands on small pieces and to put on a dish bottom. From above to lay out boiled haricot, after it - the cut paprika.

6. It is good to wash up, dry and cut tomatoes small pieces.

7. Over vegetables pieces of a tuna, and from above - the cut tomatoes give all the best.

8. Prepare gas station: for this purpose to peel garlic gloves and or to cut very small, or to pound in a mortar. Mix pounded garlic with juice of a lemon and olive oil.

9. To add to a ready-to-serve salad to taste salt and pepper, to pour over it dressing and to decorate with segments of boiled eggs, anchovies and olives.
