Садж the kavurma is a meat in Turkish. Prepares in a special frying pan, it is possible to prepare also in usual. Very rich, tasty, refined dish. It is possible to give on a table with any garnish.

  • - 50 g of onions

  • - 3 tablespoons of milk
  • - salt, pepper to taste
  • - red burning pepper

Instruction

1. At first take meat and well wash out it why cut meat straws of 3-4 cm × 0.5 cm.

2. Add milk and vegetable oil, a black pepper and salt to meat, it is a little thyme. Mix well and put in the fridge.

3. Clean garlic and onions, small cut.
