How to salt russulas in the hot way

This way of salting mushrooms allows to receive strong and crunchy russulas at the exit.

It is required to you:

- kilogram of russulas;

- 50-60 grams of salt (two tablespoons);

- water liter;

- 1/2 teaspoons of citric acid.

Clean russulas and remove all garbage, fill in mushrooms with cold water and leave for an hour, and after time - wash out.
