Ingredients:

  • 1 garlic clove;

  • 4 bacon slices;

Preparation:

  • For a start you should make croutons. Despite the unusual name, they become quite simply. It is necessary to put in a stewpan on 1 big spoon of cow and olive oil.
  • While oil is heated, clean a garlic clove and crush it. Then pour out it in a stewpan and fry no more than 1 minute. Then the bread which is previously cut on small cubes is added to it. Fry it within 5 minutes, the ruddy crust isn't formed yet. Pepper and salt to taste.
